JPARS Ventures Development Corp. has partnered with Manila Construction and Development of the Philippines, Inc. for a joint venture project, Neo-Baguio.

Neo-Baguio is a 175-hectare tourism and urban development project in Itogon, Benguet. The project envisions a modern, sustainable, and well-planned mountain community that will serve as an alternative and complement to Baguio City. It aims to relieve congestion in Baguio City by creating a new center for tourism, education, culture, and residential living. The project will feature themed residential communities, an artist’s village, meditation and retreat centers, an agri-trading hub, contour farms, hotels and convention facilities, an eco-theme park, educational and IT centers, and medical tourism establishments. Strategically located along the national highway within Barangays Gumatdang and Ucab, Neo-Baguio aspires to become a premier northern destination and a vibrant, self-sustaining community that harmonizes modern living with nature and cultural heritage.
